*Within the USA - You order will be processed as quickly as possible and safely delivered via UPS and USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days before receiving your order. Shipping policies on custom orders will be provided at the time of order.
* Outside the USA - I ship via UPS and USPS. Please use the shipping on the checkout page. If your location isn't listed please contact us at Contact@StarStruckClothing.com and we can help you with shipping costs.
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Delivery on "Pre-Sale" items take longer. Contact us if you have any questions.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns on US domestic orders purchased at full price. Returns must be received within 10 days of your delivery in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all of the original tags attached.
We offer refunds using a shipping method of your choice and you'll pay the return shipping.
A replacement of that item if in stock.
We recommend you safely package your return shipment and obtain a tracking number. We do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
